This CBD email from Allume takes an entirely different approach. Unlike the past example, this one actively encourages customers to “treat themselves.” 

While there’s nothing particularly exciting about the email design, this is an approach that’s worth taking with your customers as well. 

The big area where this email could improve is by making the sale offer more prominent. 

40% off is a fairly sizable offer, so if you’re offering something like this, you’ll want your customers to notice it. 

And at the moment, it’s quite likely that people reading the email above will completely miss it. Chances are you didn’t even notice it until you read about it here. 

3) Goodbody Wellness

One of Goodbody Wellness’ specialties is CBD coffee which is being featured in this email campaign. 

Notice how this email follows a similar approach to the first example on this list. 

Instead of just enticing people to buy their CBD coffee with a special offer, they talk about the benefits of CBD coffee and how it’s one of the easiest ways to consume CBD. 

The call-to-action button being “try it now” also works to convince those undecided customers to make a purchase.

They even have a link to an explanation of what CBD is in their header for those still having trouble deciding.

4) CBD Fx

This ‘thank you for signing up’ welcome email is an excellent example of a uniquely designed CBD email. 

By setting your emails apart from the rest by implementing a unique design like this, you’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers. 

This is also a good way to set yourself apart from your competitors. 

Importantly though, the email design still achieves all the best practices: 

  • The key ‘thank you’ message is the most prominent part of the design
  • The email is well branded with the company’s logo
  • The special offer is bolded to help it stand out
